We are looking for a new Chief Executive to lead this successful and highly regarded membership body serving one of the UK’s most important supply chains.
With over 270 member companies operating and supporting frozen or chilled storage facilities and transportation, the CCF is the voice of the temperature-controlled supply chain in the UK. It has a distinctive, authoritative and influential voice in the media and with government, and provides an extensive range of technical advice, events, publications and member support services to a sector with a strong sense of community.
The new CEO needs to be an accomplished leader who will build on the CCF’s recent growth and impact and identify and exploit opportunities to take the organisation and the sector to the next level. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, persuasive advocate and natural relationship-builder whose strategic credibility is backed by a commitment to delivery, commercial ambition and outstanding people skills. Good candidates will be accomplished board-level operators with a good understanding of policy and regulatory and experience of working in partnership with multiple stakeholders and/or members. Relevant sector experience would be a plus.
